 1. Coursera

So Coursera is a platform where people can do short guided projects, courses, specializations, professional certificates, bachelor's degrees, masters degrees, diplomas etc. These courses are curated by universities, companies etc. Each course has a price but people can do the courses for free if they audit the course. But by auditing the course, you won't be eligible for a certificate. You can apply for financial aid and if you are eligible, you will get the course for free and you will also get the certificate upon course completion. The guided projects, degrees and diplomas cannot be audited and financial aid is not provided for guided projects, degrees and diplomas. 

2. FutureLearn

FutureLearn has courses and degrees. Each have their own costs. But there are certain courses which are free. These courses are known as free digital upgrades. These are short courses. These courses are there on topics ranging from literature to agriculture to technology to medicine etc. Each course has videos, readings, quizzes, assignments etc. A certificate is provided once the user completes the course.

3. Kaggle

Kaggle has free courses on SQL, Python, AI, Machine Learning etc. Kaggle has many other features as well. But it also has these free courses. Each course has several lessons. Each lesson has content to read and then coding exercises. A certificate is provided upon course completion.

4. Udacity

Udacity has Nanodegree programs and also courses. The Nanodegree programs and most courses have fees associated to them. But there are some courses which are available for free on the platform. Also there are scholarships available for different Nanodegrees programs from time to time with limited number of seats. To win a scholarship, people have to either just fill out an application or fill application and do a quiz or fill application and do a challenger course or fill application and complete certain tasks. For completion of challenger courses, certificate is provided. Only best applicants will be given the scholarship. These scholarships are sponsored by different companies. Companies also sometimes hire some people who complete the Nanodegree program through the scholarship. Interviews are conducted by the companies for suitable participants before hiring. The nanodegrees have courses. Each course has videos, text lessons, quizzes, projects etc. Nanodegree certificate is received by students upon the completion of the Nanodegree program. These Nanodegrees are available for different domains such as Web Development, Android Development, Machine Learning, iOS Development, Product Management etc.

5. WorldQuant University

WorldQuant University is also known as WQU. WQU offers a free Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering and it also offers an Applied Data Science Lab course which is also free. The Applied Data Science Lab has 8 projects. Each project has videos, coding exercises and assignment coding exercises. Entry to Applied Data Science Lab is given once the student passes the admissions quiz by getting at least 66% in it. The applied Data Science Lab is a four month course. The Master of Science in Financial Engineering degree is also known as the MScFE. The entry to this degree program is open to people who have completed their bachelors degree and get a passing score on the Quantitative Proficiency test. The degree program is 2 years long. It has 10 courses. Each course is 7 weeks long. Each week, a new module is to be covered. Each course has lesson notes, live video classes, recordings of live sessions, required reading, practice quizzes, graded quizzes, collaborative review tasks, group work project etc. The 10th course is a capstone project. The degree program is an intersection of computer science, finance, mathematics and statistics.

Restaurants That I Ate At Recently (Part 5)

That Waffle Place I have ordered from here before through online delivery platforms but recently I went and ate at their shop for the first time. They have quite a few branches I think. We went to the one in Alwarpet. We ordered their Frozen Hot Chocolate and Belgian Biscoff Waffle. I did not taste the frozen hot chocolate but the biscoff waffle was good although it would have been better if they added biscoff biscuit crumbles along with the biscoff spread. The place also had some games like jenga which kept us entertained. Overall, I would rate the place a 4/5 stars. Maison Indulgence We went to this place recently due to the Instagram hype that it has. But unfortunately, for us, it did not live up to the hype. We felt that all the items were overpriced. Raazi This movie was a solid 4.5/5 stars in my opinion. What I liked the most about this movie is that it portrays a young girl who spies for her country against all odds. The movie is based on a true story and it shed light on the unsung heroes of Indian history. The main character Sehmat left college, married and lived in Pakistan, so that she could gain intel about the upcoming war. The intel gathered by her and other spies helped India to get prepared for the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971 and the Ghazi attack. The movie is based on a book called "Calling Sehmat." Alia Bhatt plays the role of the lead actress and she was able to represent what the real Sehmat would have felt like - scared, brave, patriotic, loving, dangerous, caring, human, selfless and a thousand more indescribable emotions.
