Conjuring Kannappan

This was actually a really unique movie. The movie is about a guy who plucks a feather from an old dreamcatcher but turns out that there is some black magic associated with the dreamcatcher and by pulling its feather, this guy is going to a haunted house in his dream every time he goes to sleep. He takes help from an exorcist and he also somehow makes two other people to pluck feathers from the dreamcatcher too. And his family also unwisely plucks a feather from the dreamcatcher. The story is about how they escape the dream and set free the spirits who haunt the house in their dreams. I would rate the movie a 4/5 stars. It is a Tamil language film which did better in my opinion than most Tamil horror films which were released this year such as DD Returns, Asvins, etc. A must-watch.

This is also a Tamil language film and actually this one was released back in August but it was recently released on Amazon Prime Video and so it has made its way to this list. This movie is about a guy who has to arrange some money to repay his debts else the guy to whom he owes money will marry his sister. So to save his sister from this marriage, he goes to the city and meets up with his friend and asks for help. To his surprise, his friend does not work in an IT company as he had thought but he works in a company which steals things for people. He too joins this company and soon they get a big client who wants them to steal something from the house of a scientist, they go to do this but something goes wrong and the movie is about how they fix it. Many characters, amazing plot and a lot of comedy is what this movie is about! A must watch again! I would rate this movie a 4/5 stars.

That Waffle Place I have ordered from here before through online delivery platforms but recently I went and ate at their shop for the first time. They have quite a few branches I think. Books I Have Been Reading Recently (Part 10)

That Night by Nidhi Upadhyay I'm reading this book in a paperback format and have completed around 50 pages. The book is about four friends who played a game of Ouija while at college and a girl of their hostel died. Twenty years later someone is trying to mess with them even though they live in different parts of the world. Intriguing premise. And interesting writing style so far. I think I might like this book, let's see. The book is around 300 pages long. The Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas This book is about Lina and Aaron Blackford - two colleagues who initially seemingly hate each other but somehow end up becoming each other's fake dates to some major events. I've read like 150 pages of this book so far and am finding it repetitive and boring as of now. Let's see how it goes. Five Most Patriotic Movies on Amazon Prime Video India Right Now

Raazi This movie was a solid 4.5/5 stars in my opinion. What I liked the most about this movie is that it portrays a young girl who spies for her country against all odds. The movie is based on a true story and it shed light on the unsung heroes of Indian history. The main character Sehmat left college, married and lived in Pakistan, so that she could gain intel about the upcoming war. The intel gathered by her and other spies helped India to get prepared for the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971 and the Ghazi attack. The movie is based on a book called "Calling Sehmat." Alia Bhatt plays the role of the lead actress and she was able to represent what the real Sehmat would have felt like - scared, brave, patriotic, loving, dangerous, caring, human, selfless and a thousand more indescribable emotions.
